If you find yourself dissatisfied or require a change to your purchase in some way, you are entitled to request a refund or exchange subject to the conditions outlined below.
60-Day Risk-Free Return Policy
While Florida and US federal laws do not mandate a statutory cooling-off period for online purchases, Auren for Men proudly offers our customers an extended 60-day return window from the date of delivery.
Auren for Men is able to refund merchandise purchases within 60 days of delivery. In order to be a valid return, the product must be sent back to Auren for Men in its original packaging. There must be no signs of use, abuse, or misuse of any kind.
The ordered product must be returned using a trackable shipping service such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Include either your original invoice or a note containing:

• Full Name
• Email Address
Failure to provide this documentation may result in delays or rejection of the return.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once the product has been inspected and deemed an eligible return, Auren for Men will refund the customer the funds spent on the returned products minus original shipping and packaging fees.
If approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
Any item deemed unsuitable for resale due to missing packaging, misuse, alterations, or physical damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
If you wish to exchange your items for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for:
• Exchange shipping costs
• Applicable sales taxes
• Any price difference on replacement items
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Products & Warranty
We are happy to exchange or refund products that arrive damaged or defective, provided that we are informed via email within 60 days of delivery.
In the event of a verified defective product or shipment error, Auren for Men will cover the return shipping costs.
The replacement process may take up to 30 days.

Changing Your Mind
It is okay to change your mind. We are happy to exchange or refund your order within 60 days of receiving your items.

Please note that for standard “change of mind” returns or refunds, shipping costs must be prepaid by the buyer.
The buyer must use a trackable shipping service and promptly provide Auren for Men with the tracking number.
